The dream tier

Top 100 degrees you can start today

The universities everyone in Tashkent has heard of. Most are reached through a foundation year at their own college rather than by applying to first year directly — the degree at the end is the university's, and so is the certificate.

26 routes, across 10 countries. A route is here when the institution awarding the degree sits inside the QS 2027 top 100 — not when the college you enrol at first does. Ranking reviewed 2026-08-20; what we can submit to, 2026-08-22.

Every route, by rank

Ordered by the rank of the degree, cheapest first where the rank ties. Costs are the first year in full — tuition plus living — with deposits and one-off fees listed on each school’s page.

Singapore

NUS admits a small fraction of the international students who apply, and being able to submit is not the same as being likely to succeed. We will tell you honestly where your grades sit before you spend anything on this one.

Hong Kong (SAR)

HKU admits a small share of the international students who apply, and being able to submit is not the same as being likely to succeed. We will tell you honestly where your grades sit before you spend anything on this one.

China

This route is to PHBS specifically — Peking University's HSBC Business School — and not to general admission at Peking University. The rank shown is the university's; the programmes reachable through this route are the business school's own, and we will confirm exactly which before you apply.

=20Johns Hopkins UniversityOpenFree application

United States

Postgraduate only. Eleven Johns Hopkins master's programmes are open to a Central Asian applicant through our channel; the undergraduate intake is not, checked for Uzbek, Tajik and Kazakh nationals with and without the intake filter. If you want a Hopkins bachelor's, we coach your own direct application — we cannot submit it.

HKUST is highly selective for international applicants, and being able to submit is not the same as being likely to succeed. We will tell you honestly where your grades sit before you spend anything on this one.

35University of EdinburghOpenFree application

United Kingdom

£27,300 (≈ $37,000) tuition, first year£40,647 (≈ $55,000) with living costs

One programme, and three conditions on it. It is a Master of Laws by Research, so it suits a law graduate and nobody else. It is not currently available to Tajik nationals through this channel. And it states a FOUR-YEAR bachelor's as the minimum, so a three-year degree does not qualify.

Malaysia

Public-sector rates

Applications here run through a partner rather than our own account, and a service fee may apply — unlike every other route on this board, which is free to apply through. We will state the exact fee before you start, and you may also apply to UM yourself: its admissions portal is public.

57University of BristolOpenElite concierge

United Kingdom

Cost not read off the page yet

This is direct degree entry, which needs a completed Grade 12 or an accepted foundation year — an eleven-year certificate is not enough on its own. Our separate Bristol foundation route is not yet open.

=68University of BirminghamOpenFree application

United Kingdom

£23,390 (≈ $31,700) tuition, first year£35,396 (≈ $47,900) with living costs

Master's only — there is no undergraduate route at this campus at either Grade 11 or Grade 12, and school-leavers use the Birmingham foundation pathways instead. Every open programme states a FOUR-YEAR bachelor's degree as the minimum, so a three-year degree does not qualify here.

=87Politecnico di MilanoOpenFree application

Italy

Cost not read off the page yet

Italian public universities set tuition by FAMILY INCOME, assessed through a document called the ISEE, and award need-based grants on the same basis. A family that files it correctly can pay very little; a family that does not file it is charged the top band. We prepare the ISEE with you — it is the single most valuable thing we do on an Italian application, and it has a deadline of its own.

=97University of NottinghamOpenFree application

United Kingdom

£33,000 tuition for the first year, plus a £2,000 deposit and the £29 UCAS fee

The programme pages state a minimum of a completed POST-SECONDARY CERTIFICATE — above Grade 12, and above what an Uzbek school-leaver holds. The portal returns these programmes for a Grade 12 profile but the stated requirement is higher, so this is a route for students who already hold a college or foundation qualification, not for school-leavers.

United Kingdom · degree from University of Nottingham

£18,100 tuition on the foundation certificate, £25,320 on the degree routes, plus £12,180 living

Grade 12 / High School is the minimum here — a completed lyceum or professional-college diploma. An eleven-year certificate alone returns no programmes at all at this institution.
