The universities everyone in Tashkent has heard of. Most are reached through a foundation year at their own college rather than by applying to first year directly — the degree at the end is the university's, and so is the certificate.

The route is a Studienkolleg year ending in the Feststellungsprüfung, or one to two completed years at a recognised university at home, checked against the anabin database. Nearly every bachelor's is taught in German and needs DSH-2 or TestDaF 4; English-taught bachelor's are the exception and English-taught master's the rule. READ THE ELIGIBILITY BEFORE QUOTING ANY OF IT, because the two largest awards are closed to our students. The ASEAN Monash Malaysia Scholarship — 100% of tuition, with a stipend for some recipients — is for ASEAN nationals, and Uzbekistan and Tajikistan are not ASEAN. The Monash Equity Scholarship is for Malaysian citizens and permanent residents only. So is the Sports Scholarship; the Indonesian bursary is for Indonesians. WHAT IS ACTUALLY OPEN to a Central Asian student is the MONASH HIGH ACHIEVER AWARD — RM5,000 off tuition per semester, awarded automatically at admission with no separate application — and it asks for a very high result: MUFY 89% or above, or A-Level 3 As, or IB 38. It excludes Medicine and Pharmacy. Beyond that there are 10% course bursaries on a named list of degrees, given to anyone holding a full offer, a 10% sibling discount, and for women entering Engineering an award worth RM6,000 in the first year at MUFY 86–88.9%, capped at seven recipients in February and July and six in October. At Sunway, MUFY students can apply for Sunway's own scholarships, but the one the guide names — the Jeffrey Cheah Entrance Scholarship — rewards SPM, Cambridge O-Level or Ontario results, none of which our students hold.

One programme, and three conditions on it. It is a Master of Laws by Research, so it suits a law graduate and nobody else. It is not currently available to Tajik nationals through this channel. And it states a FOUR-YEAR bachelor's as the minimum, so a three-year degree does not qualify.

Nothing is open here today. A recount on 19 August found 582 Trinity programmes on the postgraduate profile and NOT ONE with an open intake — four are flagged likely to open and 580 will open later. That is a closed window, not a closed door, and it is why this row shows no apply route: we will tell you the week it changes rather than take an application it cannot go anywhere.

Italian public universities set tuition by FAMILY INCOME, assessed through a document called the ISEE, and award need-based grants on the same basis. A family that files it correctly can pay very little; a family that does not file it is charged the top band. We prepare the ISEE with you — it is the single most valuable thing we do on an Italian application, and it has a deadline of its own.

Two portal readings disagree about this route. A check on 17 August recorded it open; a per-school query on 18 August, for a student with an eleven-year certificate, returned no programmes at all — with or without the intake filter.
