Through us, against City University's official CT-11 Central Asia fee structure. Payment falls in two stages: RM4,000 with the application, the balance when the visa approval letter arrives.

• IELTS 7, a strong SAT score and strong school grades for the full 45%
• The second-year 20% is assessed on your results at INTI, not at school
• RM5,991 of pre-arrival charges sits outside any discount, and 6% SST applies on top

Start preparing now

• IELTS 7 is the gate. It is a full band above INTI's entry requirement, so book the test early enough to sit it twice.
• SAT: a strong score is asked for and no band is published — we will not invent one.

With the application. Treat the figure as an estimate until INTI puts the award in an offer letter — we will tell you honestly whether your grades reach it before you build a budget on it.

• REPORTED HOUSEHOLD INCOME CEILING OF ABOUT USD 300 A MONTH. This is the whole test and it will exclude most families who can afford an agency at all. Read it before anything else.

• Selection runs through regional stages — no university admission needed at entry
• Willingness to complete the Foundation's preparatory courses

Selection is announced via El-Yurt Umidi channels (eyuf.uz) and local khokimiyats/mahalla committees — apply through the announced regional intake.

• Independent (unconditional) admission to a university on Bolashak's approved list is required BEFORE applying
• Kazakh and foreign-language proficiency tests at selection
• Work-back obligation in Kazakhstan after graduation (typically 3–5 years, secured by collateral) — confirm current terms
