MAHSA foundation partner rate

Partial funding

MAHSA University

MAHSA's foundation year at RM12,650 against a standard rate of roughly RM23,000, available through authorised Central Asian agency channels. UNCONDITIONAL: it does not depend on what you do afterwards, and it is yours whether you continue to a MAHSA degree or transfer away. The fee is also inclusive — visa and student-pass charges are inside it, which is not true of any other Malaysian route on this board. Continue into a MAHSA bachelor's and the foundation year is covered in full instead.

Eligibility & how to apply

Who can apply

  • 11-year Central Asian school certificate accepted directly
  • No IELTS — English assessed at B1/B2 directly by MAHSA
  • The Science stream, which carries conditional entry to MBBS, Dentistry and Pharmacy, asks for the strongest school grades of the four streams

Where and how to apply

Through us. The rate is a partner rate and is not published on MAHSA's own pages; an agency service fee may apply and is itemised before anything starts.

Eligible citizens: UZ · KZ · TJ · KG

Application window: Multiple intakes across the year

MAHSA foundation-year scholarship (100%)

Full funding

MAHSA University

Continue from the MAHSA foundation year into a MAHSA bachelor's and the foundation year carries a 100% scholarship. CONDITIONAL: it depends on progressing into a MAHSA degree. Transfer elsewhere after the foundation year and the RM12,650 standalone rate applies instead — still the cheapest foundation on this board, but not free.

Eligibility & how to apply

Who can apply

  • Completion of the MAHSA foundation year
  • Progression into a MAHSA bachelor's programme

Where and how to apply

Arranged at progression. We confirm the exact terms in writing with MAHSA before you rely on it.

Eligible citizens: UZ · KZ · TJ · KG

Application window: Applied at progression, not at entry

City University Malaysia — Central Asia offer

Partial funding

City University Malaysia

A fee structure written specifically for our region — the only one on this board that names Central Asian nationalities in the document itself. Foundation-year TUITION IS FULLY COVERED, so what a student actually pays is RM13,840 of fees: application, EMGS, the international student fee and a resource fee. On a bachelor's, 50% off the first year and the RM8,000 international student fee waived entirely. Whole-degree totals run from RM34,490.

Eligibility & how to apply

Who can apply

  • Citizen of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia or Azerbaijan
  • 11-year certificate accepted onto the foundation year
  • The tuition waiver covers TUITION only — RM13,840 of fees still falls due, and 6% SST applies on top

Where and how to apply

Through us, against City University's official CT-11 Central Asia fee structure. Payment falls in two stages: RM4,000 with the application, the balance when the visa approval letter arrives.

Eligible citizens: UZ · TJ · KG · KZ · Turkmenistan · Russia · Ukraine · Armenia · Azerbaijan

Application window: The Central Asia fee structure runs 1 February to 31 December 2026 and is re-issued annually

INTI merit discount (up to 45%)

Partial funding

INTI International University

Up to 45% off the first year's tuition, and a further 20% off the second year on your results at INTI. It is a MERIT award rather than a rate everyone gets: it asks for IELTS 7 — a full band above INTI's own entry bar — together with a strong SAT score and strong school grades. For a student who qualifies on the American Degree Transfer Program the first year lands roughly between RM22,800 and RM28,000 against RM41,460 at the sticker rate.

Eligibility & how to apply

Who can apply

  • IELTS 7, a strong SAT score and strong school grades for the full 45%
  • The second-year 20% is assessed on your results at INTI, not at school
  • RM5,991 of pre-arrival charges sits outside any discount, and 6% SST applies on top

Start preparing now

  • IELTS 7 is the gate. It is a full band above INTI's entry requirement, so book the test early enough to sit it twice.
  • SAT: a strong score is asked for and no band is published — we will not invent one.

Where and how to apply

With the application. Treat the figure as an estimate until INTI puts the award in an offer letter — we will tell you honestly whether your grades reach it before you build a budget on it.

Eligible citizens: UZ · KZ · TJ · KG

Application window: January, May and August intakes

Albukhary International University full scholarship

Full funding

Albukhary International University (AIU), Alor Setar, Kedah

The most complete package in Malaysia and the hardest to qualify for — and the reason is income, not grades. AIU is a private non-profit university whose entire model is educating students who could not otherwise afford higher education, and its award covers tuition, on-campus accommodation, meals and a monthly stipend for the whole degree. IT DOES NOT COVER FLIGHTS OR THE EMGS VISA PROCESS. Owner-confirmed as a direct partnership opening for the next cycle; we cannot submit here yet.

Eligibility & how to apply

Who can apply

  • REPORTED HOUSEHOLD INCOME CEILING OF ABOUT USD 300 A MONTH. This is the whole test and it will exclude most families who can afford an agency at all. Read it before anything else.
  • Aged 18-22
  • Flights and EMGS visa costs are the student's own

Where and how to apply

Not yet — this route is not open. We will publish the process when the partnership is signed.

Eligible citizens: UZ · KZ · TJ · KG

Application window: Reported deadline of 31 July for the following intake — confirm the current cycle before relying on it
