Placed in the 801–1000 band of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026. QS does not rank MAHSA at all, which is ordinary for a teaching-led medical school — an absence, not a low score.
Malaysia’s largest private medical university, and the no-IELTS foundation year in Kuala Lumpur. The Science stream carries conditional entry to MBBS, Dentistry and Pharmacy; English is assessed directly at B1/B2 rather than by IELTS, and our partner rate cuts the standard foundation fee substantially.

The money
Twelve months over three semesters, then two years of the degree at MAHSA. Successful completion is direct entry into first year — the foundation is not a separate application.

- Nothing on top: MAHSA's figure is inclusive, covering the visa and student-pass charges that every other Malaysian route on this board bills separately.
What you need
- Entry
- 11-year certificate accepted onto the foundation year — no IELTS required. Four streams, each 12 months over three semesters: Science, Business, Arts, and Engineering & Technology. The Science stream is the one that carries CONDITIONAL ENTRY TO MBBS, DENTISTRY AND PHARMACY, and it asks for the strongest school grades of the four.

- Continue from the foundation year into a MAHSA bachelor and the foundation year carries a 100% scholarship. The fee is also inclusive — visa and student-pass charges are inside it, not added afterwards, which is not true of any other Malaysian route on this board.
