Read on the government’s own page on 2026-08-19, with the date printed on that page carried beside each one. These change without notice, so treat the date as part of the figure — we re-read them before your application goes in.

• Immigration Health Surcharge

  Per person, per year — and charged against the length of the VISA, not the length of the course, so a three-year degree does not attract exactly three years of it. Part-years round to the nearest half-year and then up: more than six months but under a year costs a full year.

  With the visa application, paid up front for every year at once. This is usually the largest single government charge and the one most often left out of a budget

  There is no government fee — each approved clinic charges its own. Uzbekistan has one approved clinic, Tashkent International Clinic on Sarikul Street. The certificate is valid for six months from the x-ray date, so it cannot be taken far in advance.

  Not a months-held test, which is what almost everyone assumes. The money must sit in the account for 28 CONSECUTIVE days, and that 28-day window must end within 31 days of the date you apply. A balance that dips below the threshold on day twelve fails, and so does a correct balance held for 28 days if you then apply on day forty.
